About Us
The Family Wellness Day Expo was started by the founder of a meetup group based in Northumberland called P2B Mind-Body-Spirit Group. We are a group of holistic and wellness practitioners who are interested in holistic heath, wellness and conscious/green living. One of the mandates of our meetup group is educate and inspire others in the community to live healthy, positive, conscious lives, and come together to learn, grow and have fun!
Thanks to the tremendous support of our sponsors, community leaders and host of volunteers in the Northumberland and Belleville area, we will be hosting our first annual Family Wellness Day Expo on Sunday February 19th 2012—from 10 am to 4 pm at the new Cobourg Community Centre. Our Fundraising Cause for 2012: Sexual Assault Centre Quinte and District(SACQD). Net proceeds from this event will be donated to the Residential Healing Campaign of SACQD. Learn More about this ground breaking project in our community.
